Who you are contracting with

Cashew Crate is operated by Frequency AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using our services, you are entering into an agreement with Frequency AI Ltd.

Service description

Cashew Crate provides browser-based file processing tools. All tools run entirely in your web browser. No files are uploaded to our servers. We provide the software; your device provides the processing power.

Free and Pro tiers

Each tool offers a free tier with limited daily usage (typically 1 use per day). Pro access removes all limits and ads. Pro is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase via LemonSqueezy.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Lifetime purchases provide permanent access to the current tool. See our Refunds & Cancellations page for details.

Acceptable use

You may use our tools for any lawful purpose. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the tool software. You may not circumvent usage limits or license verification mechanisms.

Your responsibility

Since all processing happens on your device, you are responsible for your files and the results produced. We provide the tools “as is” without warranties. Always keep backups of important files before processing them.

Limitation of liability

Cashew Crate tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Frequency AI Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our tools, including but not limited to data loss or inaccurate output. Since files are processed locally on your device, we have no control over or access to your data.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
